BFF Army Educational Hub and Dashboard

Last updated: May 28, 2026
About these Terms. The BFF.Army Agent Dashboard and Educational Hub is a community-managed, community-created, and community-deployed hub. It is not operated by any company, foundation, or other legal entity. There is no central operator, owner, or service provider standing behind it. References below to "the Project" mean the open-source codebase and the volunteer community that contributes to and shares it; references to "contributors" mean the community members who create, share, or maintain code, skills, tools, guides, or other content. No contributor acts as your counterparty, agent, advisor, or fiduciary.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These User Terms and Policy ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BFF Army Agent Dashboard, including the website, application, tools, guides, bootcamps, LLM skills, and any content created and/or shared within it (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

The following are conditions of access to the Platform, and each time you access the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

2.1 You are an individual that is 18 years of age or older, capable of forming a binding contract, and under no legal impediment or incapacity;

2.2 You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms;

2.3 You are not located in, a citizen or resident of, or accessing the Platform from any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by the United States, the European Union, or the United Nations, and you are not a person with whom dealings are prohibited under applicable sanctions laws;

2.4 You will not use a VPN or any other means to circumvent the eligibility restrictions in these Terms; and

2.5 All information you provide in connection with your use of the Platform is accurate and complete.

3. Educational Purpose Only

The Platform, and all tools, guides, bootcamps, LLM skills, and content created and/or shared within it, is provided for educational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice. The Platform does not provide financial advice (NA). You are solely responsible for your own decisions and actions. Always do your own research (DYOR).

4. No Affiliation

The Platform is a community-managed and community-created hub. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Bitflow, AIBTC, Stacks, any wallet provider, or any blockchain protocol or network. References to any third-party products, services, brands, or names are for identification and educational purposes only and do not imply any endorsement or relationship.

5. No Operator; Community-Run Project

You acknowledge and agree that:

5.1 The Platform is open-source software made available to and by the community. No company, foundation, or legal entity operates, controls, hosts on your behalf, or is responsible for the Platform.

5.2 Contributors participate voluntarily. No contributor owes you any duty of operation, maintenance, availability, support, or care, and any contribution may be modified, abandoned, or withdrawn at any time without notice.

5.3 The Platform may be changed, broken, or become unavailable at any time. You agree that no contributor is liable to you for any modification, suspension, discontinuance, or unavailability of all or any part of the Platform.

6. Skills & Tools (Unaudited Community Content)

Skills and tools shared and/or installed from this directory are created and managed by community members and are unaudited. No one reviews, verifies, endorses, or guarantees the safety, accuracy, functionality, or legitimacy of any skill, tool, or content shared on the Platform.

Always inspect SKILL.md before connecting. You assume all risk associated with installing, connecting, or using any skill or tool. Not financial advice. Always DYOR.

7. Wallets, Agents & Read-Only Use

7.1 The Platform is a read-only tracking tool that uses public APIs. Your wallet list is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and is not transmitted to or stored on any server. Never share your private keys or seed phrases with anyone, including through any skill, tool, or feature on the Platform. No one operating the Platform will ever ask for your private keys.

7.2 The Platform is non-custodial. It does not hold, store, send, receive, or control your digital assets, keys, or wallets. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallets, keys, and credentials. If you lose access to them, your assets may be irretrievable and no contributor can assist you.

7.3 Autonomous agents. The Platform supports tracking wallets controlled by an LLM, autonomous signer, or agentic tool. You understand that such agents can initiate irreversible on-chain transactions, may behave unexpectedly, may contain bugs, and may be exploited. You are solely responsible for any agent you connect to or operate with your wallets, and for all consequences of its actions.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes, and you will not, and will not allow any third party to: (a) upload or distribute any unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable content; (b) distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code; (c) impersonate any person or entity; (d) infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any party; (e) engage in, promote, or facilitate any illegal activity, including money laundering, sanctions evasion, terrorist financing, fraud, or market manipulation; (f) use any robot, scraper, or automated means to harvest data or interfere with the Platform; (g) attempt to bypass any access or security measure; or (h) use the Platform in any manner that violates any applicable law or regulation.

9. No Illegal Activity

The Platform does not promote, condone, or facilitate any illegal activity. You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, and you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction. The ability to access the Platform does not mean that your activities through it are legal where you live.

10. Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any and all taxes that may arise from your activities. No contributor is responsible for determining whether, or which, taxes apply to you, and nothing on the Platform is tax advice.

11. External Sites

The Site or the App may include hyperlinks to other web sites or resources (collectively, "External Sites"), which are provided solely for your convenience. We have no control over any External Sites. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the availability of any External Sites, and that we do not endorse any advertising, products or other materials on or made available from any External Sites. Furthermore, you acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any loss or damage which may be incurred as a result of the availability or unavailability of the External Sites, or as a result of any reliance placed by you upon the completeness, accuracy or existence of any advertising, products or other materials on, or made available from, any External Sites.

12. Open Source — MIT License

This dashboard and its tools are made available as open source under the MIT License. The MIT License is extremely short and simple. It allows almost any use, including commercial and closed-source projects, and anyone can clone it, fork it, and create their own version. No contributor is responsible for any fork, clone, modification, or derivative version created by others. Any such derivative is the sole responsibility of the party that creates or distributes it.

13. Assumption of Risk

Bitcoin, DeFi, blockchain technologies, and autonomous agents involve significant risk, including the total and permanent loss of funds. If you use the Platform, you expressly acknowledge, accept, and assume the following risks, and agree not to hold any contributor responsible for them:

13.1 Digital assets are highly experimental, volatile, and generally irreversible; you may lose some or all of your assets.

13.2 On-chain transactions are typically irreversible once confirmed and must be made with extreme caution.

13.3 Smart contracts and software may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, errors, or economic loopholes that may be exploited, resulting in losses.

13.4 Transactions on open networks may be exposed to automated programs such as MEV bots or sniper bots, front-running, and similar activity.

13.5 Network upgrades, hard forks, reorganizations, or changes in transaction confirmation may have unintended adverse effects.

13.6 The Platform relies on third-party services and public APIs (including data sources) that may be inaccurate, delayed, compromised, or unavailable.

13.7 The regulatory status of digital assets and DeFi is unsettled in many jurisdictions and may change in ways that affect you.

13.8 Digital assets are not legal tender, are not government-backed, and are not covered by any deposit insurance or investor protection scheme.

You represent that you have sufficient knowledge and experience to evaluate these risks, and that you access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components. Any data displayed (including balances, prices, LP positions, and activity) may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and you should verify all information independently before relying on it.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will any contributor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, data, goodwill, or assets, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Platform, any skill or tool, any autonomous agent, or any External Site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. You acknowledge that the Platform is provided free of charge and that these limitations are a reasonable allocation of risk.

16. Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Project and its contributors from and against any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Platform, any skill or tool, or any autonomous agent, (c) any fork, clone, or derivative you create or distribute, or (d) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

17. Privacy

The Platform is designed to minimize data collection. Your wallet list and settings are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and are not collected by any operator. The Platform queries public APIs and third-party data sources, which may receive technical information (such as wallet addresses or IP address) in the ordinary course of serving requests; their handling of that information is governed by their own policies, not these Terms.

18. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Changes take effect when posted (or merged into the repository). Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if it cannot be, severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

20. No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce it later.

21. No Agency or Partnership

Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or fiduciary relationship between you and any contributor.

22. Force Majeure

No contributor is responsible for any delay, failure, or interruption resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including network outages, blockchain failures or forks, third-party service failures, market volatility, or acts of God.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the accompanying Disclaimer and the MIT License, constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the Platform and supersede any prior understandings on that subject.

24. Governing Law

The Platform is an ownerless, community-deployed open-source project with no operating legal entity, no governing law or exclusive forum is designated at this time. To the extent any dispute arises, it will be resolved under the law of the forum where the relevant contributor or party is properly subject to jurisdiction. If a legal entity is later established to steward the Platform, a governing-law and dispute-resolution clause should be added here. Do not default to Bitflow's Panama entity, as that would conflict with Section 4 (No Affiliation).

25. Language

These Terms are written in English. Any translation is provided for convenience only; the English version controls.

26. Contact

There is no central operator to contact. Questions, issues, and reports of malicious or infringing content can be raised through the project's public repository or the BFF.Army community channels.
